Accommodation and meals

Students stay in 8 or 12 berth dormitory tents at Les-2-Lacs, a family-run campsite situated in a beautiful valley just outside Beauville.   Beauville Arts occupies a private field on the site where the dormitory tents, with built-in bunk beds, are arranged around a covered dining/relaxation area.   Whilst beds and pillows are provided students should bring their own sleeping bag and pillow case.

Each tent is assigned a staff member who oversees the well-being of students in their charge and sleeps in the tent overnight.  Any students needing to use bathroom facilties overnight will be accompanied by this staff member who is also the first port of call in tending to any minor illnesses.

There is no electricity supply in the tents though mobile phones, cameras etc can be charged at the rehearsal facilities.  Please note that there is a very limited  mobile phone reception at the campsite.

The site is within walking distance of the rehearsal venue as well as the facilities of Beauville village itself.

Breakfast is taken at the campsite and lunch is served at the rehearsal venue in the village.   Hot evening meals will be provided at a variety of locations including Les-2-Lacs Brasserie,  and at L’Ancien Presbytère, home of Beauville Arts.
